- Charter prices apply to "whole boat" charter, with the maximum number of guests. Call for special rates for chartering with fewer than the maximum number of passengers.
- "Per Person" prices are based on double occupancy. (For most barges, a single supplement applies see exceptions below).
- "Value" and "Regular" Season Prices. Where a range is given, the lower price applies to the "value" season, if available, and the higher price applies to the "regular season" (and to the higher cabin cost if a barge has a range of costs depending on cabin). Value season prices are lower than regular season prices. Value season varies by barge, but typically applies to the first three weeks in April and the last two weeks in October through November. Some barges also have a lower cost value season (or "mid season") in July and August. For the River Cloud II, the price ranges refer to the lowest price cabin for 7 day cruises to the highest price cabin for 9 day cruises. See the River Cloud II web page for further details.
